Dear People, We’ve been learning about our body & brain & the way it works. Ms.Byrne has introduced us to edmodo. It’s like face book except for I opal kids like me! Today we figured out the Pig Pen code it was really hard
Our I Opal group cracked a Pigpen code and we went all around the school to look for patterns because we were making our brains stronger by remembering things, we also grew new neurons. We looked at illusions to warm up our brains.
Dear People Think that you’re playing a game of tick-tack-toe. Now erase all the X’s and O’s and write the first three letters of the alphabet in one square. Continue on the alphabet by putting three letters in each and every square except in the last one which only has two YZ. Now you know how to write Pig Pen.
Dear People, Our IOPAL group has been learning about the brain and how it works. Neurons are like people throwing a ball to each other because they pass memories to each other. We started looking for patterns around the school. The next week we looked for patterns on food items, games, and books. Then 3 weeks later we had to crack a code that was in Pig Pen. Then I wrote this letter.
Dear World, My fourth grade Iopal class has ben studying the brain.It is important to learn about the brain so you can learn alittle about your self.Like what kind of smart you are.I discovered that I am good at being people smart.Did you know that if you did not have a brain you could not live? Dear People, Part of this year we have been learning on the brain.You can have many diffrent kinds of smarts like people smart,music smart and nature smart.You get more brain cells by learning new things every day if you listen to the things people are telling you.
Dear People of the world, In Opal we have learned about the brain by going on to a website and we had 10 sec. to look at animals or numbers etc. We had to see if we could remember them in the same order.We also broke codes to see if we could find patterns, so are neurons could remeber them.The reason we learned about the brain so that we now know neurons can store memories,and when you talk about it your conettion is gettin stronger bettween you and your neurons.
